Responsibilities
Provide design, engineering, integration, and technical support for mission-critical IT systems in support of a Military Customer
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of network architectures
Support system lifecycles and provide technical improvements and solutions aligned with evolving operational requirements and Service Level Agreements
Support the technical refresh of IT infrastructure, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Ensure all changes are compliant with Federal, DoD, and Military Customer security and interoperability standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT architecture
Demonstrated experience designing, optimizing, and implementing complex systems and VDI environments
Experience supporting requirements gathering, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination
Security+CE, ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification required
Security Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret or Active SECRET with ability to gain a Top Secret clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
Experience with Microsoft platforms and DoD Architecture Frameworks (DoDAF) preferred
PMP, MCP, MCSE, or equivalent certifications
Prior experience with Federal or Defense IT operations and technical refresh
Experience developing operational efficiencies and improving total cost of ownership
Strong problem solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
