Responsibilities
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Communicate effectively across all levels, translating technical discussions between manufacturing teams, engineers, SMEs, and senior leadership
Define program charters, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success metrics
Develop detailed estimates and execution plans aligned with production schedules and deployment windows
Capture manufacturing and business requirements accurately and completely
Facilitate cross-functional planning, alignment, and design sessions across teams such as Manufacturing Engineers, Network Engineers, SRE/DevOps, Facilities Designers, and Low Voltage AEOR Designers
Apply disciplined project management methodologies to define scope, manage sub-projects, and deliver on cost and schedule
Leverage strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to overcome project challenges
Develop and manage program risk plans to ensure timely delivery, testing, and commissioning with no impact to business continuity
Qualification
Required
Experience partnering with General Contractors and Facilities during construction implementations for manufacturing buildings, data center build-outs, or expansions supporting manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV standards, and telecom/construction drawings for both office and industrial environments
Demonstrated experience leading implementation and refreshes of enterprise server, data, and backup solutions (e.g., Data Centers, NAS, Backup, DR, Server Patching within controlled manufacturing environments, Active Directory, Server OS upgrades)
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, migration strategies, and hands-on deployment experience with at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven experience integrating plant floor systems (OT) with enterprise IT systems
Demonstrated leadership of enterprise network implementations (e.g., multi-site connectivity, factory LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS)
Demonstrated leadership of enterprise server, data, and backup solutions (Data Centers, NAS, Backup, DR, Active Directory, server OS upgrades, and patching)
Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace tools
