Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle execution, ensuring technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, partnering with technical leads and stakeholders to define scope and feasibility
Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including charters, timelines, budgets, test plans, and progress reports
Drive Agile project execution, facilitating stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement practices
Monitor project health, providing timely status updates and escalations as needed
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and organizational goals
Facilitate effective communication and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress
Support cross-team planning and resource alignment, collaborating with business, engineering, and PMO teams on strategic priorities
Champion process improvement and adherence, reinforcing organizational standards and agile best practices
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree with strong academic performance
8+ years of experience in technical project management
5+ years of experience using Agile methodology
Experience driving enterprise-level application development projects
Experience overseeing multi-functional internal and external project teams
Experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence
Results-oriented around the strategic goals of the business
Strong candidates will have accredited certifications (PMI-ACP, PMP, IAPM certification, etc.)
Quick and scrappy learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done; prior experience in high-growth environments or digital transformation is a plus
Experience in Biotech, BioPharma, or Pharma industry is a plus
