2-5 years of transactional experience, preferably in public finance and municipal financing
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to support and enhance team collaboration and client relationships
Active Texas Bar membership or the ability to become licensed in Texas
Direct experience working with cities, counties, housing authorities, and special-purpose districts on debt financing and other business transactions or municipal law matters
Knowledge of relevant public finance laws, tax codes, and regulatory considerations
Qualification
