Collaborate with AI developers to train and refine models using real-world conservation data and scenarios
Apply expertise in agronomy, soil science, forestry, and agriculture to support AI-powered conservation tools
Design, review, and validate datasets and training materials aligned with best practices in soil and water management
Advise AI teams on conservation planning, sustainable land management, and environmental solutions

Communicate complex environmental concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong professional background as a Conservation Scientist, Resource Conservationist, or related role
Demonstrated experience in land, soil, or water resource management and environmental protection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate scientific concepts into practical insights
Familiarity with conservation techniques including contour plowing, terracing, crop rotation, and erosion control
Experience advising landowners, farmers, ranchers, or resource managers on sustainable practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams
Detail-oriented approach to reviewing and validating scientific datasets
