Responsibilities

Stand up and run an AI program office: governance, intake, roadmap, release planning, benefits realization, and KPI management

Drive cross functional execution across data, platforms, product, risk/legal, security, and business domains; manage RAID, critical path, and executive communications

Industrialize delivery using factory/POD models (incubation to scale), including staffing plans and partner/vendor interlocks

Implement Responsible AI controls (policy checkpoints, guardrails, testing and evaluation) and report compliance and value

Establish telemetry, observability, and cost governance for agentic workloads; manage portfolio level risk and change
