Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and support LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, including routing, switching, VLANs, fiber, and voice/data technologies
Lead investment planning, budgeting, audits, purchase orders, and End-of-Life (EoL) activities
Manage contracts, tenders, and vendor relationships; act as the primary contact for network providers
Oversee operational governance such as incident, problem, and change management, ticket audits, and knowledge documentation
Drive network strategy alignment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze and improve network tools, systems, and performance for efficiency and innovation
Deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Maintain accurate documentation for all network solutions and installations
Qualification
Required
Skilled professional to manage network infrastructure, investments, budgets, and operational processes across the Americas region
Experience in delivering secure, reliable, and cost-effective network and telecommunications services
Ability to lead complex technical projects and ensure long-term scalability
Experience in planning, implementing, and supporting LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, including routing, switching, VLANs, fiber, and voice/data technologies
Experience in leading investment planning, budgeting, audits, purchase orders, and End-of-Life (EoL) activities
Ability to manage contracts, tenders, and vendor relationships; act as the primary contact for network providers
Experience overseeing operational governance such as incident, problem, and change management, ticket audits, and knowledge documentation
Ability to drive network strategy alignment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Experience analyzing and improving network tools, systems, and performance for efficiency and innovation
