Solve technical and creative challenges to create complete and accurate submittal and production drawings
Use current CAD and CAM software solutions to communicate with CNC machines and manufacturing personnel
Adhere to Company engineering conventions and standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Fusion, Autodesk Inventor, Microvellum, MS Office and CutRite software
Three or more years of experience engineering commercial architectural wood products in an AWI environment
Ability to read and interpret commercial architectural drawings
Extensive knowledge of millwork/casework construction, joinery, and hardware
Experience working with a wide variety of materials (solid wood and veneer, glass, metal, acrylics, upholstery, solid surface, stone, etc…)
Thorough understanding of commercial construction processes, means, and methods
High level of detail
Effective communicator
High level of analytical skills and independent problem solving
Effective time management and organizational skills
