Ensure seamless data flow between Carlisle’s Salesforce environments and other supporting applications
Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Required

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and data models
Skill in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
Skill in building and supporting system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Skill in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce performance
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), including experience with complex, enterprise-level projects
