Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using relevant tools and programming languages
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements
Design, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve process efficiency and accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing automation systems and scripts
Document automation processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference and training
Monitor automation system performance and implement improvements as needed
Ensure automation solutions adhere to safety, security, and compliance standards
Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and industry trends
Provide technical support and training to team members on automation tools and processes
Participate in project planning and execution to meet business objectives and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in automation engineering, scripting, and process automation
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar
Experience with automation tools and platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation
Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data management
Availability to work during standard business hours
Authorization to work in the designated country without sponsorship now or in the future
