Required

10+ years of IT project management experience, including vendor oversight
8+ years of IT contract management experience (SOWs, RFP/RFI, negotiations, renewals)
Strong understanding of procurement practices and IT vendor governance
Administer and manage IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
Monitor vendor performance using SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables; implement corrective actions as needed
Lead contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations aligned with program and budget goals
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), ideally in IT, Business, or Vendor Management
