Responsibilities
Owning functional design and configuration of SAP EAM (PM/CS)
Translating business requirements across asset lifecycle, preventive/corrective maintenance, work orders, notifications, and LA
Configuring equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, work centers, and measurement points
Ensuring alignment with regulatory, safety, and compliance standards
Supporting integrations with MM, FI/CO, and PS
Performing hands‑on SPRO configuration and EAM customization
Partnering with ABAP and integration teams on enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, reports, interfaces, and forms
Supporting integrations with GIS (Esri/ArcGIS), mobile workforce tools (SAP Asset Manager / Work Manager), and operational systems (SCADA, outage, maintenance platforms)
Leading data migration, master data governance, and data quality initiatives
Driving testing cycles: unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience in SAP EAM (PM/CS)
Ability to work on both technical and functional side operations and SAP technology
Owning functional design and configuration of SAP EAM
Translating business requirements across asset lifecycle, preventive/corrective maintenance, work orders, notifications, and LA
