Responsibilities

Oversee operations across 9 healthcare and social service programs
Monitor KPIs, outcomes, and contract performance
Turn data into clear, executive-level insights
Ensure programs meet grant and funding requirements
Lead and support 4 Program Directors
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team
Build referral relationships with hospitals and clinics
Prepare programs for audits and funder reviews
No caseload. High impact. Strategic leadership

Qualification

LCSWLMSWHIV programs experienceGrant-funded program experienceProgram leadershipData analysisKPI monitoringOutcome-focusedExcel skillsSIFI certificationOrganizational skills

Required

LMSW or LCSW required
3-5+ years in HIV, substance use, recovery, or healthcare programs
2-3+ years in program or people leadership
Strong experience with grant-funded or contract-driven programs
Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
Operational, organized, and outcome-focused

Preferred

Excel skills strongly preferred
SIFI certification a plus
