Manage a small group of complex tax resolution cases
Serve as the main point of contact for clients
Review client financials, IRS issues, and compliance gaps
Request, collect, and review client documents
Prepare resolution packages, including Offers in Compromise
Coordinate with Tax Professionals and Tax Preparers
Explain processes, options, and next steps to clients
Maintain accurate case notes and records
Identify risks, issues, and escalation needs
Qualification
Required
Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license
1+ year experience in tax resolution or EA role
Experience with IRS collections and complex cases
Strong understanding of IRS procedures
Clear communication and client-facing skills
Strong organization and time management
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM or case management systems
