Accessories Unlimited is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Office Manager/Payroll Specialist to join their team. This pivotal role combines office administration with comprehensive payroll management, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate employee compensation.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, correspondence, and administrative support to senior management
Manage weekly payroll processing using QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
Maintain and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, benefits administration, tax filings, and compliance with federal and state regulations
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
Assist with onboarding processes, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills
Technical proficiency in payroll
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent data entry skills (10 key typing) combined with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
