Responsibilities

Own the RevOps intake queue, including triage, prioritization, task assignment, and tracking to closure with clear SLAs and defined escalation paths
Run a predictable operating cadence (standups, status updates, weekly operational reviews) that turns incoming requests into completed outcomes
Maintain user hygiene, permissions, views and lists, template governance, and approval routing in partnership with Sales Operations
Support billing workflows, manage invoice and collections exceptions, and ensure month-end readiness in collaboration with Finance
Maintain playbook hygiene, ensure execution of health-signal workflows, and support renewal checklist readiness with CS Ops leadership
Maintain intake categories, routing hygiene, macro governance, and SLA monitoring with Support
Oversee usage governance, tagging and library hygiene, and outreach conventions with Sales Operations
Use AI features within the GTM stack (call summaries, meeting notes, email drafts, checklist generation) to accelerate routine work while applying human review
Monitor AI- and system-generated alerts (SLA breaches, data anomalies) to trigger timely follow-ups, and escalate deeper changes to the appropriate platform owners
Lead the CS Ops, Billing, and Sales Ops analyst team through capacity planning, 1:1s, coaching, performance management, and hiring collaboration
Uphold access controls, change-management checklists, audit trails, and post-change validation
Escalate vendor, platform, and security concerns to IT as needed
Maintain core Pacific hours with availability for occasional East Coast operational emergencies

Required

Proven leadership in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations with measurable outcomes in queue management, SLAs, and stakeholder support
Team leadership: hiring, coaching, and performance management for operational analysts
Organizational rigor: exceptional follow-through, documentation discipline, and stakeholder communication
Hands-on operating experience with: HubSpot; GetAccept; Chargebee & Chargebee Receivables; Gainsight CS/CE/PX/Community; Zendesk; Gong; Email; LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Comfort using native AI features (summaries, drafts, checklists) with human oversight; avoids process redesign without owner approval
Schedule flexibility: Pacific-focused hours with ability to respond to East-coast operational emergencies
Sharp prioritization, escalation, and risk-management instincts; bias to clarity and closure
