Oversee trusts, investments & daily plan operations
Support Benefits Committee & ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate Form 5500 filings, audits & actuarial reporting
Prepare analysis, reports & executive presentations
Work with senior leadership on benefits strategy & performance
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with complex benefits & retirement plans
Knowledge of Form 5500, audits & compliance standards
Background working with actuaries, trusts or financial services
Advanced Excel & strong reporting skills
Ability to communicate with executives & manage multiple stakeholders
