Responsibilities
Handle client data securely and efficiently, following established standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client or vendor data transfers
Respond to internal requests via our ticketing system, representing the IT team
Execute processes that support productivity across departments
Assist with quality control and documentation of work processes
Transfer account media from client portals to designated network locations
Maintain and update procedural documentation
Support ongoing projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to follow multi-step processes and adapt to shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Suite
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of full-time experience in a related role
