Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison with external testing laboratories
Collaborate with labs to establish new performance testing protocols
Evaluate lab-provided protocols for adherence to quality standards
Standardize protocols to ensure consistency and practicality
Manage and track the delivery of approximately 250 testing protocols
Qualification
Required
Experience in quality, testing, or compliance in consumer products
Understanding of laboratory testing environments and methodologies
Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities
Preferred
Preferred experience with speech and language data collection and processing
Hands-on experience with all aspects of data collections is advantageous
Prior experience in customer-focused environments will be beneficial
