Responsibilities
VHDL Development: Design and implement high-performance RTL using VHDL (2008/2019 standards)
System Architecture: Define clocking strategies, reset logic, and data flow for complex FPGA systems
Lab Validation: Lead Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers
In-System Debugging: Use Vivado ILA / Intel SignalTap to troubleshoot real-time hardware issues
Timing Closure: Apply SDC/XDC constraints to achieve timing closure on high-speed interfaces
Qualification
Required
8–12 Years of experience
VHDL-focused FPGA Engineer
Design and implement high-performance RTL using VHDL (2008/2019 standards)
Define clocking strategies, reset logic, and data flow for complex FPGA systems
Lead Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers
Use Vivado ILA / Intel SignalTap to troubleshoot real-time hardware issues
Apply SDC/XDC constraints to achieve timing closure on high-speed interfaces
Deep knowledge of VHDL for synthesis and simulation (ModelSim/Questasim)
Experience with Xilinx 7-Series/UltraScale+ or Intel Arria/Stratix hardware platforms
Hands-on experience with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4, AXI4, and low-speed interfaces (SPI/I2C)
Proficiency in probing high-speed PCBs and validating signal integrity
Scripting skills in Python or Tcl for automated testing and build flows
B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering
Strong analytical troubleshooter with a 'hardware-first' mindset
