Responsibilities
Lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery
Manage client relationships, consultant teams, and project execution
Collaborate directly with firm partners on design direction and office growth
Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
8-10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Registered Architect (New Hampshire preferred)
Strong design skills, technical detail and BIM expertise, and experience producing highly coordinated construction documents
Experience across a broad range of project sectors incl. municipal, commercial, residential, hospitality
Interest in proactive outreach, relationship-building, and future partnership
Willingness to travel for project requirements including business development efforts
