Responsibilities
Define and implement software packaging standards
Build and maintain packaging automation pipelines
Manage artifact repositories (Artifactory, container registries)
Create packaging templates and patterns for common technology stacks
Develop documentation and training for development teams
Support container image standardization efforts
Integrate packaging workflows with CI/CD pipelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in build/release engineering
3+ years experience with artifact management systems
Strong understanding of software supply chain security
Experience with container image building and optimization
Familiarity with enterprise software distribution
Preferred
Experience with Sigstore/cosign for signing
Background in DevSecOps practices
Experience in financial services compliance
Familiarity with Docker Desktop enterprise deployment
