Responsibilities
Lead transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
Oversee advisor compensation operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability
Manage service delivery across multiple channels and offshore partners, meeting SLAs and enhancing client experience
Drive organizational change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement programs
Ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and maintain strong internal controls
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compliance on compensation policies and audits
Manage budgets, resource planning, and performance reporting using data-driven insights
Represent Operations in firm-wide initiatives, regulatory engagements, and vendor negotiations
Develop and retain top talent across geographically dispersed teams
Qualification
Required
15+ years in financial services with deep expertise in advisor compensation, broker-dealer operations, and wealth management
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
Proven success in transformation leadership, change management, and employee engagement
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies
Expertise in compensation structures and regulatory compliance
