Oversee end-to-end asset intake, organization, tracking, and delivery across multiple projects
Execute high-volume data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency
Maintain asset metadata, naming conventions, version control, and real-time status updates
Coordinate timely asset delivery to internal teams and external partners, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met
Monitor production schedules and proactively identify risks, gaps, or missing materials
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on asset status, updates, and requirements
Perform quality control checks to validate file formats, specifications, and completeness prior to delivery
Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reports to support production visibility
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, creative, operations, and technical teams
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in production coordination, asset management, media operations, or a related field
MUST have experience with Airtable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and specifications
Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with frequent changes
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred
