Responsibilities

Leading large-scale operational transformation aligned to our global Target Operating Model

Building a high-performing, customer-centric US operations organisation

Driving service excellence, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement

Owning regional operational performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes

Partnering closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams

Championing safety, compliance, sustainability, and wellbeing

Acting as the senior escalation point for complex operational challenges across the US

Required

Experienced customer care professional with demonstrable success working within the specialist life science/pharmaceutical logistics industry

Proven track record of building and leading high-performing customer and operational teams

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a strong knowledge of data analysis and strategy – able to extract meaningful insights from data and use them to develop and make informed business decisions

Demonstratable ability to navigate and excel in diverse cultural and global business environments, understanding market nuances and adapting strategy accordingly
