Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator

Responsibilities
Support commissioning and system readiness activities
Review and coordinate equipment lists, submittals, and documentation
Conduct field observations and assist with testing and troubleshooting
Track project progress and support operational readiness activities
Coordinate documentation, reporting, and closeout processes
Work closely with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in commissioning, facilities, construction, or building systems
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and project documentation
Ability to work on active construction sites and coordinate with multiple teams
