Apriso Senior Developer
Global Applications Solution is seeking an experienced Apriso Senior Developer to support and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for a leading aerospace client. The role involves supporting production systems, developing enhancements, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Support and maintain existing Apriso MES applications to ensure business continuity
Resolve production support tickets and system issues in a timely manner
Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
Develop, customize, test, and deploy Apriso MES components
Perform unit testing and support system integration testing
Ensure compliance with ITAR and customer-specific security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Engineering, and Operations
Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams throughout the development lifecycle
Provide technical guidance and best practices for MES solutions
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship (Mandatory)
9+ years of experience in MES development (Apriso preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes Apriso MES
In-depth knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing processes
Experience in Aerospace manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Strong understanding of MES integrations with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

Apriso Process Builder, Global Process Manager (GPM)
SQL Server / Database Management
Web Services / API Integration
Manufacturing Workflows & Production Tracking
Quality Management & Traceability Systems
Version Control & SDLC Practices
Preferred
Experience working in ITAR-regulated environments
Prior experience with Spirit AeroSystems or similar aerospace manufacturers
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices
Certifications in MES or Manufacturing Systems
