Responsibilities
Production Leadership – lead photo and video productions with hospitality, clarity, and confidence, ensuring clients feel cared for and crews feel respected throughout the entire process
Budget Stewardship – manage multi-million-dollar budgets with transparency and integrity, protecting client dollars and maximizing value on every project
Shoot Maximization – steward time on set by capturing additional deliverables, testing creative variations, and ensuring the highest ROI possible for clients
Pre-Production Management – oversee timelines, workflows, logistics, and communication so every project begins organized, aligned, and prepared for success
Creative Testing & Iteration – support performance-driven creative by testing content, reviewing data, and helping the team improve results through iteration
Operational Excellence – maintain clear documentation, update project systems, track details, and ensure all tasks move forward without unnecessary bottlenecks
Systems Development – build SOPs, workflows, and automated processes that make production scalable, repeatable, and efficient as we grow
AI & Automation Integration – implement AI tools and operational automations that reduce manual tasks and increase the quality and consistency of output
Client Relationship Management – communicate with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs, sharing proactive updates, and serving clients like you’d want to be served
Team Hospitality – lead crews and contractors with respect, clarity, and kindness, creating a set environment where everyone feels valued and able to do their best work
Leadership & Ownership – model humility, responsibility, and problem-solving; take extreme ownership; and lead teams in alignment with the Fruits of the Spirit
Quality Assurance – review work at every stage to ensure deliverables meet Chalant’s creative standards, production quality, and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience leading photo and/or video productions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
Calm, clear leadership under pressure
High integrity and stewardship mindset
You take ownership and follow through
You care deeply about how people feel working with you
You enjoy building systems that make teams better
You're comfortable operating in an early-stage, evolving environment
