Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end process improvement projects across Finance and related functions
Apply structured methodologies and Six Sigma practices to drive continuous improvement
Partner with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to redesign processes that reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and strengthen controls
Build strong stakeholder relationships to align with business objectives and regulatory expectations
Document processes using tools such as swim lane maps, performance metrics, control plans, and RACI frameworks
Translate complex information into clear, actionable solutions
Drive change management and adoption through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Anticipate risks and implement proactive governance frameworks
Evaluate finance processes across General Ledger, Accounting, FP&A, Capital and Liquidity management
Stay current on financial industry regulations and provide consultative guidance to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, improvement, or design
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management
Preferred
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Experience improving financial processes across General Ledger, Accounting, FP&A, Capital and Liquidity management
Proven success leading strategic, cross‑functional initiatives
Certifications in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or Agile
Experience collaborating with technology and business teams on process design
Background in risk and control, operational excellence, or business transformation
Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and optimization
Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders
