Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of lien specialists and support staff
Monitor and Improve department KPIs
Develop and implement departmental goals, objectives, and policies
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and development plans for team members
Oversee all lien filing, release, and management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department
Ensure timely processing of lien documents and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Performs other duties as required

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in lien management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Proficient in using lien management software and other relevant technologies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of integrity and professionalism
