Responsibilities
Provide expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues
Use advanced technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
Utilize tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issues
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Assist organizations in identifying recurring and high impact issues
May analyze and interpret data and provide root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issues
Coordinate and facilitate multi-function group meetings required to resolve issues
Provides coaching and instruction to other teammates
Facilitate ongoing coordination and closure of open SAT items
Works under minimal direction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
3+ years of experience with MESci, CMES, REDARS & PSDS
3+ years of experience with operations analysis or operations research
3+ years of experience in a supportive LSCC role and SAT
3+ years' experience utilizing Microsoft Office and applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access and Tableau
Experience with analytical and complex problem solving
Experience presenting findings to cross functional partners and senior and/or executive leaders
Preferred
5+ years of experience in driving compliance culture and risk mitigation
5+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
5+ years of experience in operations analysis or operations research
Proficiency in the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and Systematic Problem Solving
3+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
