Responsibilities
Responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures
Troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues including computer, printer, scanner, and monitor etc
Network management and maintenance; Security camera system management and maintenance; Customer portal management; IT asset management
Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, Access Points
Able to independently solve network problems encountered
Responsible for network equipment, internet, and Wi-Fi management and maintenance
Troubleshooting and fixing the network issue, ensuring network uptime, security, and maximizing network performance
Able to replace, update and program network devices
Responsible for new proposal of the new network project, submitting requisition, tracking project and working with supplier testing, acceptance, and delivery
Responsible for asset management of IT Network equipment related equipment to ensure IT asset accuracy
Wifi Customer Portal authentication access
Network Security including authentication and access
Responsible for the day-to-day operation in the MDF and tracking of MDF equipment and materials per company guidelines
Responsible for reporting any foreseen risks associated with IT
Responsible for creating suggestions for the Network Roadmaps, or improvements
Backup for the daily operation of computer peripherals and desktop systems maintenance
Able to independently solve hardware and software problems encountered daily including computer, printer, scanner, monitor, conference meeting equipment, and related office and design software etc
Backup Security camera system management including user and permission management
Backup for new employee computer setup and release; terminated employee computer revoke
Qualification
Required
Strong Senior Level Cisco Networking Skills (7+ years)
Strong manufacturing IT background (OT/IT, shop-floor systems, MES)
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers & switches
LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting
VLANs, routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP), ACLs
Network performance monitoring & issue resolution
Networking + systems experience in industrial environments
