Senior Software Engineer, Managed Kafka

Responsibilities
Have an expertise in OSS Kafka to help lead the Managed Kafka as the team continues developing a Managed Kafka platform on GCP
Design, build, expand, and manage the Managed Kafka backend stack, integrating it into GCP
Develop primarily using Java and Go, including other languages
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture
Experience with Apache Kafka
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience with one or more of the following: Google Cloud Platform, Distributed Systems, Data Analytics
