Execute test plans and report outcomes or issues
Assist with the setup of specialized test equipment and run software programs or builds
Perform routine calibration and maintenance of equipment according to procedures
Conduct basic repairs on test equipment as needed
Implement test methodologies per procedures and document results
Debug and troubleshoot routine testing failures; escalate complex issues appropriately
Perform basic analysis to identify root causes of issues
Collaborate within the team to complete assigned tasks
Provide status updates and flag obstacles to team leads
Execute assigned project work with guidance
Adapt to changes or setbacks while maintaining productivity
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in semiconductor, RF testing, or a related technical field
