Responsibilities
Oversee creative projects, focusing on creating impactful designs for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and toys/arts & crafts
Provide creative direction, managing your own design projects, and helping to develop innovative branding solutions ensuring all work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines
Collaborate with designers, clients, and production teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
Qualification
Required
Creative Direction and Art Direction skills to lead and inspire teams and develop innovative design solutions
Branding expertise to craft compelling brand identities and cohesive visual storytelling for consumer products
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design to produce high-quality visuals and packaging designs
Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills to oversee projects from concept to completion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
Experience in package design for CPG and/or toys is highly desirable
