Manage building automation and HVAC controls projects from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, and field teams
Act as the technical bridge between engineering, operations, and clients
Support estimating efforts and scope development
Participate in capital improvement projects and system upgrades
Help improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Several years of hands-on technical experience in BMS engineering or programming
Several years of hands-on technical experience in HVAC equipment and controls
Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium / Niagara
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and automation projects
