This role involves providing Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues (desktop, Microsoft 365, and network-related)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD
Support user provisioning, permissions, password resets, and MFA-related issues
Work closely with engineers and senior support staff on complex technical problems
Document tickets, solutions, and recurring issues in the helpdesk/ticketing system
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and basic workstation setup when needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a Help Desk / Desktop Support / Technical Support role (Tier 2 preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Experience supporting Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Active Directory basics)
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Comfortable working onsite initially and transitioning to hybrid
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (nice to have), such as:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Experience supporting MSP environments or multiple client networks
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
