Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Oracle PCMCS models (Standard and Detailed Profitability)
Build and maintain allocation rules, cost drivers, hierarchies, and stages
Develop profitability, cost-to-serve, and margin analysis solutions
Configure metadata, dimensions, data sources, and mappings
Perform data integration using:
Data Management (DM/FDMEE equivalent)
EPM Automate
REST APIs
Optimize model performance and calculation efficiency
Support month-end / period-end processing and reconciliation
Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and operations
Translate requirements into functional and technical design documents
Lead or support UAT, validation, and reconciliation
Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
Integrate PCMCS with:
FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS
Support Oracle EPM Cloud upgrades and patch testing
Collaborate with cross-functional EPM teams
Qualification
Required
3–8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong focus on PCMCS
Hands-on experience with Profitability models & allocation logic
Cost accounting and management concepts
Strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting
Experience with EPM Cloud data integration
Ability to work independently and in client-facing environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related field
Preferred
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (PCMCS / FCCS / EPBCS)
Experience in banking, insurance, manufacturing, or shared services
Knowledge of Essbase, Groovy scripting, Smart View
Exposure to on-prem Hyperion (HPCM, Essbase) migrations to cloud
MBA or CA/CMA/CPA is a plus
