Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends
Analyze data to identify key insights and actionable recommendations for improving product offerings and marketing strategies
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather and interpret customer feedback and sales data
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management
Support the execution of consumer-focused initiatives by providing data-driven insights and analysis

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business Strategy/Analytics, Data Science/Analytics, or Master's program in Market Research/Consumer Insights, Applied Psychology/Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Strategy or related field
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Python for data analysis
Advanced use of PowerPoint, specifically being able to chart data, build slides and create compelling learning narratives
Experience with market research methodologies (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively
Possess U.S. work authorization
Be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule
Be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement
