Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for jobsite safety and environmental programs
Monitor job costing, productivity, quality reporting, and forecasting in coordination with project leadership
Coordinate and manage labor, materials, equipment, and field resources
Maintain accurate field documentation including timesheets, quantity reporting, daily logs, and purchasing activities
Organize and coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain schedule and workflow efficiency
Implement and manage construction plans, including scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
Supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel, typically overseeing crews of 15+ electricians
Participate in field activities as needed and support hands-on execution when required
Collaborate with internal departments including prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting to ensure efficient project delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven track record delivering electrical construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction reporting tools
Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and safety standards
Preferred
Journeyman-level trade certification in electrical or related construction trade preferred
Preferred certifications include OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid
