Strong experience in Consulting to guide and support institutional clients effectively
Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to inspire and lead diverse teams toward common goals
Expertise in Solution Architecture to design and optimize advanced OTC and liquidity solutions
Proven Sales skills to expand market reach and build strategic client relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A deep understanding of digital asset trading and financial technology
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, technology, business, or related fields
Preferred
Experience in institutional markets, ECN, or OTC desk operations is a plus
