Perform calculations, design, and drafting (AutoCAD/Civil 3D) for land surveys and development projects
Prepare legal descriptions
Preparation of construction plans, surveys, final plats, ALTA Surveys and calculations
Work with Engineers, Surveyors, and other technicians
Qualification
Required
Excellent AutoCAD/Civil 3D computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid MN Driver's License and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and enjoys learning
High school or equivalent
Civil 3D: 1 year
Land surveying: 1 year
