Responsibilities
Create multimedia assets for e-learning modules
Multimedia design includes: conceptualise; develop and produce visually engaging digital content across various platforms, combining graphics, animation, video, and interactive media to effectively communicate ideas and support engaging training
Create graphics and edit photos to use within animations
Create engaging documents and motion graphics
Create new/edit existing videos and animations
Perform sound mixing and synchronization
Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional teams
Work within deadlines
Prepare and package graphic assets for localization vendors
Follow internal style guides; file hierarchies and production flow procedures
Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement
Ensure conformance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA
Qualification
Required
B.A., BFA or comparable work/life experience
Strong verbal and written communications
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong proficiency with post production and video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Audition, etc.)
Audio Editing software experience
Experience creating and editing illustrated animations
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
