Responsibilities
Conduct conformance testing for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
Perform daily QC laboratory testing and review documentation and LIMS data
Develop and execute analytical methods using standard QC instruments:
HPLC / UPLC
GC / GC-MS
MS
FTIR
IC, ICP-MS, Karl Fischer Titration
Perform calibration verification of critical laboratory equipment
Make and document pass/fail decisions on materials
Record and maintain data in SAP and LIMS (LabVantage preferred)
Maintain accurate records for laboratory testing and equipment maintenance
Ensure laboratory is audit-ready and compliant with quality standards
Support Production with in-process testing
Participate in lab housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and lab support activities
Provide technical support to other QC scientists and cross-functional teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree with relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical background in modern laboratory techniques
Experience working in a regulated QC laboratory environment preferred

Strong documentation and data integrity skills
Excellent attention to detail and compliance mindset
