Own execution of enterprise-level programs critical to product delivery and customer outcomes
Establish governance and accountability frameworks across teams
Anticipate and mitigate risks to keep initiatives on track
Collaborate with engineering and product teams for timely delivery of projects
Translate technical processes into clear milestones and executive narratives
Lead AI-related change initiatives to support organizational adaptation
Build and improve executive reporting on program health and ROI
Qualification
Required
8+ years in strategic, cross-functional program management in a technical or SaaS environment
Proven experience managing complex initiatives across multiple departments
Strong grasp of technical delivery and modern software development lifecycle
Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing technical details for executives
Demonstrated ability to create executive-ready reports and metrics
Highly organized leader thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous settings
Preferred
Experience in AI-driven transformation or change management
