Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality
Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges within the immunization registry
Use data matching tools and record linkage techniques to identify and correct data integrity issues
Document support activities accurately within the ticketing system
Provide guidance to users on data entry best practices and record management
Support testing and validation of system updates and enhancements
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4.5+ years experience in a helpdesk or healthcare support role
Experience with data deduplication tools, data matching, or record linkage techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite
