Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all quality management activities, including ISO 9001 compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives
Manage quality databases, document control, corrective actions, and reporting of key quality performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and training programs for the team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operations and exceed quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field (electrical/electronic a plus)
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in energy, engineering, or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems
Comfortable with large datasets, reporting, and using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Procore, or Salesforce
A proactive leader, strategic thinker, and effective communicator who inspires teams to deliver excellence
