Human Resources Specialist
The Forum Group is a nonprofit healthcare organization based in New York City, seeking a detail-driven HR Operations Manager. This role is essential in supporting accurate and compliant HR operations while overseeing the full employee lifecycle and maintaining HRIS data integrity.
Responsibilities
Lead and support HR operations staff, ensuring timely and accurate workflows
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, leaves, and offboarding
Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, and issue resolution
Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure compliant employee transactions
Support labor relations, including CBA administration and grievance tracking
Assist with compliance initiatives, policy updates, and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Human Resources experience, including HR operations leadership
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience in unionized environments (payroll, benefits, and leave administration)
Proven ability to manage priorities, workflows, and accountability
