Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and close-out
Present program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts
Ensure governance, transparency, and on-time delivery of projects
Qualification
Required
Front office capital markets experience (required)
Strong understanding of bonds, interest rates, and trading workflows
Experience working directly with front office traders
Proven delivery of end-to-end programs or large project portfolios
Strong leadership skills in matrixed environments
Experience in Agile delivery using tools like Jira and Jira Plans
Excellent planning, reporting, and executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
