Responsibilities
Analyze existing custom applications and workflows and convert them into Power Platform solutions
Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Build custom components and extensions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Implement solutions leveraging SharePoint Online as the data and collaboration backend
Develop Power Automate workflows and business process automation
Configure and implement role-based security and authorization
Create reusable components and templates to accelerate development delivery
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and team members
Produce technical documentation, solution architecture, and deployment artifacts
Conduct proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and solution designs
Test, troubleshoot, and support production deployments
Qualification
Required
Strong JavaScript development experience
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React
Microsoft Power Platform development: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, AI Builder
SharePoint Online development and administration
SharePoint Framework (SPFx) custom development
Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Platform solutions
Version control using Git/GitLab or similar tools
Understanding of application security and role-based access
5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Portals/Pages)
5+ years of SharePoint Online development and integration experience
5+ years of general software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform using Azure DevOps
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Familiarity with Java and/or AWS-based application ecosystems
Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code services and governance
Relevant Microsoft or JavaScript certifications are a plus
